Frontier West uses a software program where one ad goes out to the following housing market sites:
  • Zillow
  • Apartments.com
  • trulia
  • apartmentlist
  • lovely
  • Craigslist
 
5. Rental unit showings to prospective tenants

6. Online tenant applications (applicants pay a $25 fee)
  • Online applications have automatic field fill requirements thus eliminating incomplete applications
  • Tenants give electronic permission for Frontier West to run reports
 
7. Tenant screening including the following reports:
  • Criminal background check
  • Credit report
  • Eviction reports
  • Frontier West’s software includes a simple accept or reject recommendation based on national statistical data which allows for selection based on data rather than a comparison to other applicants
 
8. Leasing
  • All leases can completed online with e-sign so that no paper has to pass hands

9. Move in report as required by the MT Board of Realty Regulation
  • Easily completed with our software system on a smartphone or tablet, and electronically signed by all then stored for move out
 
10. Collection of security deposit and rent
  • Can be done electronically online through the tenant portal
  • Late fees are automatically assigned
  • Proper notices given at time of none payment

11. Periodic inspections with proper notice and per the MT Board of Realty Regulation

12. Property bill pay
  • Any or all bills associated with a property that are owner paid can be paid by Frontier West and included on Property Accounting (provided monthly or at will through the owner online portal.

13. Property maintenance
  • Tenants can submit maintenance notes and tickets through the online portal
  • Those tickets are automatically handled by our list of approved and insured vendors or completed in house

14. Move out
  • Complete move out inspection
  • Reconcile necessary repairs and cleaning
  • Return remainder of security deposited
 
15. Complete interim capital improvement projects or large maintenance projects
